This website is operated by The Flawless University & The Flawless Experience. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Flawless University. The Flawless University offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted across various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

SECTION 3 - PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. Prices and product availability may change without notice.

SECTION 4 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online. These products may have limited quantities. We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately, but cannot guarantee your monitor’s display will be accurate.

SECTION 5 - RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless a product is received in a defective condition. If you receive a defective product, please contact us at taeforpresident@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Approved defective items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

SECTION 6 - WARRANTY & PRODUCT USE DISCLAIMER

Our styling tools should only be used in accordance with the provided instructions. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:

We disclaim liability for any damage or injury caused by misuse, neglect, alteration, or failure to follow product guidelines.
Heat styling tools should be used with care, and you are solely responsible for proper handling.
Except as expressly stated, all products are provided “as is” without any additional warranties, express or implied.

All content on this site — including product names (such as Tae’s Hella Hot Comb and Tae’s Crazy Crimpers), logos, designs, images, graphics, and written materials — are the intellectual property of The Flawless University and/or its affiliates. We reserve the right to refuse any order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account and purchase information.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Flawless University and its affiliates against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our products.

These Terms of Service and any agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.

Mobile Terms of Service

The Flawless Experience

The The Flawless Experience mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by The Flawless Experience (“The Flawless Experience”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to The Flawless Experience’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of The Flawless Experience through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with The Flawless Experience. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18885977594 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other The Flawless Experience mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
